Heat ingredients in a saucepan, but do not boil….

Mash orange peel with a mortar and pestle….

Crush in mortar and pestle…

Combine and mix everything in a blender at a high speed….

Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan…

Put the milk in a saucepan; bring it to a boil….

Over low heat or in double boiler, heat milk and cream till it is hot….

Place the coffee and nutmeg in a blender or a food processor fitted with a steel blade…

Combine coffee, chocolate syrup, and cherry juice in a cup; then mix it well…

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until foam gathers on top.
