Ingredients required for making fried rice are: some minced ginger and red pepper flakes, chopped vegetables like carrots, scallions, frozen peas etc. can be used as per the taste. For frying rice, either vegetable oil or peanut oil can be used, table salt, beaten eggs, ground white pepper, almonds, cashew nuts, soy sauce and of course cooked rice. Cutting ingredients in uniform size:
It is very important to cut all the ingredients in uniform so that they can be stir-fried well. Once you have cut the vegetables in uniform size and have placed them aside you can mince slice and mince the ginger.
Arrange your work space:
Keep all the ingredients at a place that can be easily accessible to you. Keep the bowls of vegetables, soy sauce, rice etc. by your side.
Adding oil and swirling:
Keep the flames of your burner high. Once the pan is hot enough you can start working. Add one tablespoon of oil in the pan and then swirl it so that it coats the bottom and sides of the pan. You can now add ginger and red pepper flakes and then can stir fry it till the fragrance comes out of it.
Adding chopped vegetables:

Adding the rice and scallions:
You can add rice and scallions and stir fry them. Then you can break the rice with the help of spatula when it gets heated to the right temperature.
Season the rice:
Now, as a next step you can season up the rice with salt and pepper to taste.
Adding the sauce:
Now, you can add the soy sauce and then can stir fry it further.

To give fried rice the extra flavor you need, you can add as many things as you want. Pine nuts and egg pan cake are the popular choices.
